DC Denovo Credit Clearpath platform
Clearpath by Denovo Credit

Credit repair that runs on evidence, not paperwork.

Clearpath is the operating system behind Denovo Credit. Every tradeline is reviewed, every dispute is tied to a statute and a document, every letter goes out certified, and your client watches it happen in their own portal.

The platform

One workspace for the whole dispute lifecycle

Most credit repair tools stop at a letter template. Clearpath carries a case from intake to deletion — with the evidence, the mailroom and the client all in the same record.

Case intelligence

Pull a client's file into tradelines, score each item on evidence strength, and let the platform pick the right dispute theory.

  • Round tracking per bureau
  • Identity, duplicate and furnisher errors
  • Confidence before anything is mailed

Mailroom that closes the loop

Split letters by client and bureau, price the postage, print the packet, then attach the tracking number to every dispute it covers.

  • Certified, return receipt, priority
  • Print-ready labels and letter manifests
  • Automatic response deadlines

Client portal, white-labelled

Your brand, your domain, your colours. Clients see scores, dispute status and exactly which document you still need.

  • Upload requests with due dates
  • Secure messages in one thread
  • Progress they can verify, not a promise

Evidence vault

Every document is hashed on upload, typed, and attached to the tradeline it supports — so a letter never cites a file you cannot produce.

  • SHA-256 on every file
  • Pending review to verified
  • Client-uploaded or staff-uploaded

Audit trail by default

Status changes, uploads, mailings and invitations are appended to a hash-chained log. Verify the chain, export it, hand it to an examiner.

  • Append-only, per workspace
  • Chain verification in one click
  • CSV export for counsel

Multi-tenant from day one

Every query is scoped to the signed-in workspace. Run Denovo Credit and a partner agency on one deployment, or brand a new one in an afternoon.

  • Per-tenant branding and colours
  • Owner, specialist and client roles
  • Domain-based tenant routing
How it works

From signed agreement to a clean file

Three moves, repeated per round. Nothing is mailed until the evidence supports it.

1

Review and prepare

Intake captures the client, the reports and the identity documents. Each bureau's tradelines are entered once, scored, and matched to a theory — not my account, duplicate collection, paid by insurance, impermissible inquiry.

2

Dispute and mail

Clearpath drafts the letter with the relevant FCRA section, the account identifiers and the evidence list. Approve it, and the mailroom groups letters by client and bureau, prints the labels, and records the certified tracking.

3

Respond and escalate

The response clock is visible on every open dispute. Verified, deleted, no reply — each outcome sets the next round. Escalations to the CFPB or state regulator keep the same case history attached.

For your clients

A portal that answers “what’s happening with my file?”

The most common support call in this industry is a status check. Clearpath removes it: clients sign in under your brand and see the same case record your team works from.

  • Scores and movement, per bureauThree scores, the delta since intake, and utilization — no vanity charts.
  • Dispute status in plain languageWhat was sent, when, to which bureau, and what happens next.
  • Upload requests with a deadlineOne tap, one file, hashed and attached to the right case.
  • One message threadEvery conversation stays with the case instead of in someone's inbox.

Security and compliance

Built for files that end up in front of a regulator

Credit repair is a document-heavy, regulated business. Clearpath treats every action as evidence: who did it, when, and what changed.

  • Tenant isolationEvery query is scoped by workspace on the server, never by a hidden form field.
  • Hashed passwords, HTTP-only sessionsscrypt with per-user salts; SameSite cookies; CSRF token on every mutation.
  • Strict content security policyNo third-party scripts, no trackers, no external fonts on any page.
  • Append-only audit logSHA-256 chained, verifiable in the workspace, exportable as CSV.
  • Upload verificationFile signatures checked, 10 MB cap, SHA-256 recorded at intake.

Questions

The things agencies ask first

Is Clearpath a credit repair company?
No. Clearpath is the software Denovo Credit built to run its own practice, and it is licensed to other agencies. Denovo Credit is the credit repair organization; the platform is the tool.
Do you guarantee deletions or score increases?
Never. Outcomes depend on the furnisher and the bureau. What Clearpath guarantees is process: every dispute is evidence-backed, mailed on time, tracked to its response deadline and recorded in an audit log.
Can our clients see their own file?
Yes. Each client gets portal credentials scoped to their own record: three bureau scores, dispute status, document requests and a message thread with your team. The portal carries your brand, your colours and, on Network, your domain.
Where does the data live?
Clearpath ships as a container with a SQLite database and a document directory on a persistent volume. You run it in your own cloud account, so your client data never leaves your infrastructure. The schema is plain SQL and portable.
How do letters and labels get printed?
The mailroom groups approved letters by client and bureau, then generates a PDF packet: one letter per page with the recipient block, plus a label sheet and a manifest page. Print duplex or single-sided — the packet is laid out for both.
What about CFPB or state escalations?
Escalation is a dispute status, so the evidence, the mail history and the original letter stay attached. Mark a dispute escalated and Clearpath records the change, the actor and the timestamp in the audit chain.
